each baluster body rising from a recessed foot to a short slightly waisted neck with everted rim, brightly enamelled around the exterior with three bands of lotus-lappet panels enclosing flowers issuing from rockwork, all below keyfret and floret and wave bands at the shoulder and floral sprigs at the neck, the domed cover similarly decorated and surmounted by a lotus bud finial.
