The vase is well-carved decorated with a gnarled peach tree with openwork leafy branches bearing nine peaches growing up the from the foot of the vase and curling around the neck. The foot of the vase is carved with narcissus and lingzhi growing from rocks. The cover is surmounted by a twin camellia-blossom finial. The stone is of even tone and is suffused with some russet veins.
