delicately potted of deep U-shape with flared rim and a short foot, finely painted on the exterior with a continuous scene of the scholar Wang Xizhi admiring a stream of floating geese beneath a large willow tree, the base with an apocryphal six-character Chenghua mark in underglaze blue within a double square.
