each body with deep rounded sides rising from a short tapering foot to an everted rim, decorated around the exterior with five large iron-red phoenix medallions and a single one to the interior, all reserved on a pale even celadon-green glaze thinning to white at the rim, the base glazed white with an underglaze blue six-character seal mark.
