the globular body turning subtly inward before rising into a flared undulating rim, covered overall in an ivory-colored glaze, the creamy glaze cut away around the body leaving a scrolling foliate pattern reserved against the underlying pale gray glaze, the unglazed base dressed in brown and centered with a recessed ring.
