the warmer with rounded sides rising from a short straight foot to a gilt rim, painted with alternating dragon and phoenix roundels in green enamel all between a lappet border above the foot and stylised ruyiscrolls below the rim, surmounted by a cup with straight sides rising from a tapered foot to a flared rim, the exterior similarly decorated, the base inscribed with a six-character seal mark in iron-red.
