standing foursquare, the animal's head sensitively modeled, slightly lowered and turning to the left, a runnel for the mane running down the neck and atop its back an unglazed saddle and saddle-cloth, the figure generously covered in a rich amber glaze that runs down the body and pools at the hooves and along the rectangular supporting plinth.
