the interior of each finely enameled in the 'boneless' style with lush sprays of pink peony with two full blooms amidst buds and leaves above three blue and yellow asters emerging from rockwork as a butterfly flutters above, six-character marks in underglaze blue within a double circle.
Provenance: The Collection of Einer and Brita Edwards, Sweden, acquired in China in the 1920s.
