The heavily potted ovoid body raised on a flat foot and with lipped rim, covered inside and out with a glaze of warm ivory tone shading to a darker tone on the shoulder, the slightly domed conical cover with bud finial similarly glazed.
Provenance: Acquired in Hong Kong in 1994.

The result of Oxford Athentication Ltd. thermoluminescence test number P110b5 is consistent with the dating of this lot.
