The large torso shown wearing a priest's robe secured at the left shoulder over an underrobe tied with a knotted sash, the chest exposed above the graceful curve of a scarf, the face carved with gentle expression below hair pulled back from the forehead to frame a small round usnisa, traces of pigment.
Provenance: In the United States since 1923 or earlier.
