The ovoid body tapering towards the cylindrical neck, covered overall with an even glaze of rich ruby-red tone shading to light pink at the edge of the white-glazed mouth rim, wood stand.

With deep, rounded sides, the interior incised with a central peony spray below a band of peony meander in the well and a key-fret border at the rim, the exterior relief-decorated with similar meander below a narrow foliate scroll border, all but the rim covered in a slightly blue-green glaze including the base.

The waist between the bulbous body and slender bulbous neck decorated in low relief with two rows of petals bound with a bow-string band, the pair of curved handles terminating in ruyi heads, covered overall with a glaze of pale blue-green color shading to a paler tone on the raised areas.

Each lobed vase robustly potted with a flared foot, bulbous waist and a widely flared trumpet-shaped mouth revealing the milky blue-glazed interior, the exterior covered with a rich raspberry glaze streaked in blue and thinning to mushroom at the rim, the base covered with a tortoiseshell glaze.
