the shallow bowl with hexalobed sides curving at the mouth, the interior carved with a raised medallion encircling a mallow flower, surrounded by finely combed petals, the exterior with carved wave-like patterns articulating the distinct petals, covered overall with a pale-blue glaze pooling in the recesses of the carving, all supported on a low foot rim, the base unglazed revealing the pale body.
