The vase is well potted with straight flaring sides rising to angular sloping shoulders, surmounted by a wide cylindrical neck below a dish-shaped mouth. It is covered with an even lustrous glaze of bluish-green tone with wide crackles, thinning at the rims and leaving the ring foot unglazed, Japanese wood box.
