Each dish bears an iron-red apocryphal Qianlong seal mark in the interior, and Dechengzhai (Made for the Studio of Virtue and Honesty) marks on the base, box.

NoteAccording to Sun Yingzhou, these fine dishes were painted in the late Qing/early Republic period by the renowned Shanghai painter Wu Zhongying, copying existing classical paintings and using Jiaqing period porcelain dishes as models.
