Each dish bears an iron-red apocryphal Qianlong seal mark in the interior, and Dechengzhai (Made for the Studio of Virtue and Honesty) marks on the base, box.
Note: According to Sun Yingzhou, these fine dishes were painted in the late Qing/early Republic period by the renowned Shanghai painter Wu Zhongying, copying existing classical paintings and using Jiaqing period porcelain dishes as models.
