well painted with a scene depicting two scholars on horseback approaching a large building with multiple stories and terraces set in a garden behind tall walls, followed by their attendants, the pavilion with another scholar and his attendant, the foreground with a pair of cranes and deer, tall gnarled pine trees and bamboo, with tall cliffs and wavy clouds in the distance, all surrounded by a double-line border.
