The finely potted sides enamelled in bright tones in 'boneless style' with flowering branches including prunus and narcissus, the interiors each with a single simple flower head, box.
Note: Compare with a pair of similarly decorated bowls with the reign marks written in two vertical lines, rather than three as on the present bowls, sold at Sotheby's Hong Kong, 27 April 1999, lot 447; and a single bowl from the Edward T. Chow collection sold at Sotheby's Hong Kong, 25 November 1980, lot 162.
