The vase is finely potted with a pear-shaped body rising from a slightly flared cylindrical foot to a tall neck with lipped rim, covered overall with an even opaque celadon glaze of greyish-blue tone, suffused with a wide network of crackles partly stained with russet. The biscuit foot is applied with a purplish-brown dressing, stand, box.
