The concave rectangular top is rouletted with wave pattern within incised borders, and is glazed in green, cream, and amber. The front panel is molded in high relief with a lion mask, and the other three panels are molded with a frieze of foliate scroll. A vent hole is on one side..

Note: Oxford thermoluminesence test no. P113d68 is consistent with the dating of this lot.
