Of rectangular shape, the cabinet has an open top shelf enclosed by plain aprons and spandrels, above the cabinet with two doors, deeply carved with dense peony meander issuing from rocks. The two doors are fitted flush and open to reveal two drawers set below the shelved interior and above a hidden compartment, accessed by lifting a small metal pin on the lowest shelf, which also serves as a door. The cabinet is raised on thick legs with plain aprons and spandrels.
