The saucer-shaped dish is decorated to the centre with a large flower basket with peonies, prunus branches and chrysanthemum, encircled by a band of six butterfly-cartouches reserved on geometric patterns. The exterior rim is decorated with six large lotus sprays.

Provenance: Acquired by the current vendor's father in Europe in the early 20th Century.
