the globular body rising from a recessed base to a short neck, painted around the exterior in rich cobalt-blue tones with two scaly five-clawed dragons in pursuit of a flaming pearl, all amidst ruyi-clouds and fire scrolls and between a ruyi band at the base and a lappet collar at the shoulder, the neck with a key-fret band, the base with six-character mark in underglaze-blue.
