of ovoid form with rounded sides rising to a short straight neck everting to a thin lip, applied overall with a russet-brown glaze falling unevenly to the unglazed foot, the glaze with gray-black flecks around the neck and shoulders.
Provenance: An American Collection, St. Louis, Missouri, formed in China between the 1920s and 1950s.
