Deeply carved on the exterior with intertwining branches of plum blossoms that rise from the base, which is formed by waves, and extend around the sides to form a bifurcated handle at one end, the interior carved as a large open flower with overlapping petals.
Provenance: From the collection of Ethel Gunton Douglas, acquired in the 1920s-30s.
