Each side is carved in low relief with a field of comma spirals within an hexagonal grid pattern between inscribed line borders at the outer and inner rims. The dark green stone is now semi-opaque and has opaque areas of buff color, box, metal stand.

The thick blade tapers to the sides and flares towards the rounded, beveled cutting edge. The hafting hole is drilled from both sides. The stone is of mottled greenish-grey color and has a satiny polish.
