"Voyage sur la route du Kisokaidō. De Hiroshige à Kuniyoshi" au musée Cernuschi
Voyage sur la route du Kisokaidō. De Hiroshige à Kuniyoshi sera la première exposition proposée par le musée Cernuschi après sa réouverture à l'issue d'un chantier de rénovation de 9 mois. Elle rassemblera un ensemble de près de cent cinquante estampes japonaises exceptionnelles, dont certaines seront dévoilées au public pour la première fois.

The exterior of each tri-lobed vessel is cast below the rim with a narrow band of scrolls that taper in a diagonal from a central "eye," all between two rows of circles, cloth boxes.

The mid-section and foot are finely cast with bands of taotie masks on a leiwen ground, those on the foot below a band of dragons, all divided and separated by narrow notched flanges. The trumpet neck is cast with leiwen-filled blades above a band of serpents.
