Finely potted with deep rounded sides rising to an everted rim from a short, inward-tapered foot, the exterior delicately enamelled with three clusters of orchids reserved on a café-au-lait ground below the gilt rim, one side with a calligraphic inscription.
Provenance: a European private collection, and thence by descent.
