each with steep rounded sides rising from a slightly recessed base, the exterior painted with a continuous scene of mandarin ducks amidst lotus blooms, under a band of sinuous five-clawed dragons, the interior with a central medallion enclosing a pair of ducks in a lotus pond and encircled by a lanca character band at the rim, the base inscribed with a six-character seal mark in underglaze blue.
