the flaring sides resting on a straight foot, the cavetto evenly spaced with 'Eight Daoist Emblems' each decorated with ribbons and a floral bough between underglaze-blue double-line borders, the well with a lobed medallion of green-enameled interlocking stems issuing peaches and lotus blossoms toward a central flowerhead, the reverse richly enameled with scrolling foliate vines bearing buds and blossoms, a band of upright ruyi heads encircling the foot, the base with a six-character seal mark in underglaze blue.
