of truncated conical form with flaring walls and straight vertical foot, the fritware body painted in blue with black outlines and dots under a transparent glaze, decorated with split palmettes, the exterior divided with stripes featuring stylised vegetal motifs.

the tall body with vertical bands decorated with alternating calligraphic bands and foliate designs reserved against a clear, turquoise and blue glaze, with a cylindrical neck and spout with small handle, old collector's label to underside: "T/63" and numbers written in ink: "29272".

Les larges pernettes de forme rectangulaire sont considérées par Olov Janse comme caractéristiques des productions vietnamiennes datant des Six Dynasties (420-589) et des Tang (618-907) suite à sa découverte de coupelles et bols similaires à Đông Sơn dans des sépultures Tang...
