the interior modelled with a central floral compartment encircled by six radiating sections, each painted with pairs of birds, perched and in flight, on fruiting trees issuing from rockwork, the exterior similarly decorated above a classic scroll band at the short straight foot, the base inscribed with a six-character reign mark within a double circle in underglaze blue.
