delicately potted with shallow rounded sides rising from a straight foot, finely incised on the exterior with six fruiting pomegranates borne on a continuous undulating foliate scroll, applied overall with a translucent soft aubergine glaze of purplish-grey tone and displaying a slightly iridescent sheen, the white base inscribed with a six-character mark within a double circle.
