The figure modelled standing, dressed in a long tunic with the lapel turned back, his right arm raised above the left as if to grip the reins of a beast of burden as he stands on a high plinth, with a moulded inscription dated to the seventh day of the eleventh month of the eight year of the Xiantong reign, corresponding to 868 AD.
