Three-storey wooden altar, paper covering on the back, on 6 amber bun feet. Three sides covered with amber plates, glass columns in front. In the niches the Annunciation and the Nativity made of ivory figures, surrounded by six ivory relief plaques with angels, butchers, Flight to Egypt and Adoration. Damaged, rest. Comes with sales permit for ivory objects.
Provenance: Important Bavarian private Collection, assembled between the 1950s and the 1980s.
