Shao Fan, Banquette

Shao Fan (né en 1964). Banquette. bois et laque. Pièce unique signée au dos . 104 X 118 X 62 cm. Estimation : € 5,000-7,000 Ce meuble a été dessiné selon le modèle d'un meuble traditionnel de l'époque des Ming et subverti par l'ajout d'une chaise noire en laque moderne qui le divise en deux parties. Shao Fan emprunte des parties de pièces iques et les recompose avec des éléments contemporains. C'est une recherche d'identité culturelle dans la modernité.
