Her three serene faces with third eye flanked by foliate earrings and surmounted by an ornate jeweled diadem, her eight hands in various mudras issuing from her body dressed in a dhoti with incised foliate hems, sashes and adorned with elaborate jewelry as she sits in dhyanasana with her torso twisting to the left on a double-lotus base with beaded rim and incised foliate band. 14 1/4in (36cm) high - 11 3/4in (30cm) wide. A fine Ruyao-type vase, Qianlong mark and of the period. Photo Bonhams. Raised on a straight circular foot, the globular body molded at the mid-section with three plain bands and tapering inward to a banded shoulder and cylindrical neck set off by two additional evenly spaced rings below the cup-shaped mouth, covered in and out with a delicate pale blue-grey glaze resembling that of Song period Ru wares, the six-character mark written in underglaze blue to the center of the recessed base. 10 3/8in (26.4cm) high.
