the baluster body rising to a short waisted neck, painted around the exterior with three rows of petal-shaped panels variously enclosing flowers, birds and insects, all below a composite floral scroll, the domed cover similarly decorated and surmounted by a lotus bud finial, later gilt-bronze stand.
