Lot 70. Two yellow silk embroidered 'Dragon' panels, 18th century. Estimate US$ 4,000 - 6,000 (€3,400 - 5,200). Photo: Bonhams. Each salvaged from the shoulder of a dragon robe, couched in gold-wrapped threads with a forward-facing five-clawed dragon surrounded by clouds and auspicious emblems above a terrestrial diagram rising from waves above a lishui border, farmed and glazed. 11 1/2 x 6 1/2in (29 x 16.5cm).
