An extremely rare faux bois grisaille-decorated 'Landscape' brushpot, Yongzheng period (1723-1735). Photo Christie's Image Ltd 2014 Finely potted, the cylindircal brushpot is finely enamelled to simulate burlwood on the interior and underside base, reserving an exterior which is painted in sepia enamel to depict a panoramic water-landscape scene.
