Photo Sotheby's Composed of step-cut sapphires alternating with brilliant-cut diamonds, the front highlighted with brilliant-cut and baguette diamonds suspending an oval sapphire weighing 29.07 carats, length approximately 375mm.  Accompanied by SSEF report no. 83394, stating that the sapphire weighing 29.07 carats is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.  Also...
