A rare Capodimonte or Buen Retiro soup tureen, circa 1755-65. A Doccia white-glazed reticulated jar. Circa 1745-47. photo Bonhams The ovoid form with waisted neck, pierced around the sides with a wide band of moulded flowers and leaves including roses and narcissi, above a waisted foot with grooved bands, 10.7cm high (some losses to the relief moulding) - Sold for £3,840 Provenance: The Crane Collection.
