Covered box, Ming dynasty, c. 1450 - c. 1500, blue and white porcelain, h 7.5cm × d 13cm. AK-MAK-1331. On loan from the Vereniging van Vrienden der Aziatische Kunst, 1982. Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam. Round box at foot ring and unglazed bottom. In the box a flat lid with a cup-shaped button of which the underside is not glazed, to the lid of the box on the inner side is also partly unglazed.
