Pendant with Venus, 1580-1620, gold, enamel, rubies, emerald, pearl; 2 3/16 x 1 9/16 in. (5.6 x 4 cm). The Art Walters Museum.  This lovely pendant is very close to designs by the Flemish designer Hans Collaert (before 1555-1612) published in Antwerp around 1582.
