The interior is decorated with deep-purple splashes and covered overall under a pale sky-blue glaze thinning to a mushroom colour on the raised section of the rims. Lot 105.  A Jun purple-splashed dish, Northern Song-Jin Dynasty (960-1234). Estimate HKD 300,000 - HKD 500,000 (USD 38,861 - USD 64,768). Photo Christie's Image Ltd 2016.  The thickly potted dish with a flat everted rim is evenly covered with a milky sky-blue glaze thinning to mushroom at the rims and on the ring foot, accentuated with purple splashes particularly to the top. Lot 3309. A large Jun purple-splashed bowl, Yuan-Ming dynasty (1279-1644). Estimate HK$200,000 – HK$300,000 ($25,867 - $38,801). Photo Christie's Image Ltd 2016. The thickly potted bowl is covered on the exterior with a milky blue glaze suffused almost entirely with deep violet-red splashes which extend sporadically onto the interior, against a broadly crackled sky-blue glazed ground, the glaze stopping irregularly above the foot revealing the purplish-brown body. 9 1/2 in.
