The vessel with deep rounded sides, covered all over with a lightly crackled sage-green glaze, thinning at the rim to a mushroom-grey tone, falling short of the foot, a splash of glaze to the recessed base. (18.4 cm.) diam. Estimate GBP 5,000 - GBP 8,000. Price realised GBP 8,750. © Christie's Image Ltd 2015 The vessel is covered overall in a thick sky-blue glaze that thins to a beige mushroom tone on the mouth rim and terminates just above the foot, revealing the grey body.
