A blue and white jar, guan. Zhengde. Photo Bonhams Thickly potted and boldly painted with the Eight Buddhist Emblems, bajixiang, amid continuous scrolling leaves above stiff lappets at the tapering foot and below a band of lotus blooms and scrolls at the shoulder and further blooms at the neck. 27.5cm (10¾in) high.
