Lot 523. Two celadon-glazed pottery figures, Ming dynasty, 15th-16th century. Estimate £1,500 - £2,500 ($2,163 - $3,605). Price Realised £1,875 ($2,700). Photo Christie's Image Ltd 2016.  One figure is modelled as Guanyin seated on a lotus base with a kneeling attendant. The other figure is modelled as a standing Budai holding his cloth sack. The taller 9 1/8 in.
