A belle époque sapphire and diamond brooch, circa 1905 In the Garland Style, composed of two old brilliant and rose-cut diamond wreaths with millegrain detail, each surrounding a cushion-shaped sapphire drop, connected by a rose-cut diamond fluttering ribbon with oval-cut diamond terminals, diamonds approximately 5.60 carats total, signed Cartier Paris to the edge of the sapphire collet, later pin fitting, length 6.4cm.
