Ingredients:Lime wedge, sugar and salt (equal amounts combined) for rimming glass1/4 cup fresh bing cherries, pittedHalf a dozen mint leavesSugar, to sprinkle2 Tbsp agave nectar (or simple syrup)2 Tbsp fresh lime juice4-6 Tbsp Tequila, silver or blanco (clear)2 Tbsp cherry liqueur, or to tasteClub soda, chilledMint leaves and Cherries with stems, to garnish Preparation:Using a cut lime wedge, rub the lime around the outer edge of two chilled glasses; dip the glasses in the combination of salt and sugar. Le cocktail du jour: Lemon Basil Margarita

Ingredients:1 1/2 oz Blanco Tequila1 oz Cointreau1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice1/2 oz simple syrup3 Basil Leaves For Garnish:Sugar/salt combination for the rimLemon sliceBasil leaf Preparation:Rim the glass with a combination of sugar and salt or if using the Fresh Origins botanicals a combination of half sugar/salt mixture and half botanicals.Tear the basil and combine it in a shaker with the rest of the ingredients. Le cocktail du jour: The Paloma Cocktail

Ingredients:2 oz Blanco tequila1 oz lime juice2 oz pink grapefruit juice1 oz agave nectarChilled Squirt Preparation:Rub lime over side of highball glass; dip in salt. Mix all other ingredients except soda in shaker filled with ice and shake until cold.Pour into ice filled glass; top off with soda and garnish with pink grapefruit slice.

Le cocktail du jour: The Midnight Sun Featuring Reyka Vodka

Ingredients: 1.5 oz Thyme infused Reyka Vodka1 oz Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur1 oz fresh lemon juice1/4 oz Rothman and Winter Creme de Violette3 drops of Rhubarb Bitters (I used Fee Brothers)Garnish with (blood) orange slice dusted in sparkling sugarPreparation: Chill cocktail glass.Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.Shake hard and double strain over a large ice cube in an old fashioned glass.Garnish with sugared orange slice (source: Creative Culinary)
