Each stool is painted on the curved sides with birds in flight amidst lotus and peony blossoms, pierced in between with two coin-shaped cartouches, between an upper register of precious objects and lower register of bamboo stems. A blue and white garden stool, Jajing period (1522-1566)

 Lot 210. A blue and white garden stool, Jajing period (1522-1566); 14 ¼ in. (36 cm.) high. Estimate £8,000 – £12,000 ($12,312 - $18,468). Price realised GBP 20,000. Photo Christie's Image Ltd 2015 The stool is of drum form with two horned beast handles to the sides between bands of raised studs.
