Each of circular shape, the first fitted with a gilt repoussé sheet decorated with an outer band of birds and grapevines under a central band of leaping hounds and vines, plain pierced boss, the second cast with an outer grapevine and bird meander under a central band of leaping mythical beasts enclosed by a raised band with sawtooth edge, both with heavy malachite patina; 4 and 4 3/4in (10 and 12cm) diameter. Sold for $3,904
